Jeffrey Kerr, MD
Board-Certified Child Neurologist
Dear Patient and Family,
After thirty-one rewarding years of practice in the Austin area, I am hanging up my reflex hammer. My last day with Child Neurology Consultants of Austin will be June 29, 2022.
You have the option of continuing care for your child with one of my excellent colleagues at CNCA. As a reminder, we have three offices in the Austin area and offer telehealth.
If you choose to receive care from a physician outside of our practice, we can assist you in having records forwarded. If you choose to remain with CNCA, no action is necessary.
I owe you my deep gratitude for allowing me the privilege of managing your child’s neurologic needs. As a parent myself, I know there is no greater honor than receiving that level of trust. Thank you.
With warmest regards,
Jeffrey Kerr, M.D.
